Knife (item)
The knife is a martial melee weapon and an attack with it deals d4 slash damage. This weapon has the Dueling, Finesse, and Thrown (4m) properties.
Finesse. If you are skilled with this weapon, while wielding it in one hand you can add either your Strength or Dexterity to attack and damage rolls made with it. If you use Dexterity, use the damage dice in parenthesis.
Thrown. You can throw this weapon a distance up to 4 yards as an attack. If you are skilled with the weapon you can throw it a distance up to 12 yards, but when throwing it beyond 4 you don't add your skill level to the attack roll.
