The flail is a martial melee weapon and an attack with it deals 2d4 bash damage. This weapon has the Dire property.
Dire. When you attack with this weapon, add your skill level to the damage roll instead of the attack roll. If you can't add your level to the attack roll, you don't add it to the damage roll either.
