Sword. Common Weapon, Metal, 20g.

The sword is a martial weapon and an attack with it deals d8 slash damage. This weapon has three properties: Dueling, Finesse and Versatile.

Dueling. While you are wielding at least one Dueling weapon, increase your Melee Defense by 1 unless you have another hand holding something other than another Dueling weapon.

Finesse. If you are skilled with this weapon, while wielding it in one hand you can add either your Strength or Dexterity to attack and damage rolls made with it.

Versatile. If you are skilled with this weapon and use it in two hands for a melee attack, on a hit increase the dealt damage by 1.
